Volunteers are Needed for the following HOA Committees

Joint Alternative Energy Committee
If you have alternative energy knowledge, and/or simply an interest in serving on this very interesting committee, please contact HOA President, Jack Kane at jkane@marinamgt.com.

Joint Emergency Preparedness Committee
Chairman, Jesse Weinger is in the process of organizing the Joint Emergency Preparedness Committee & definitely wants to recruit members.  He would like to have the first meeting in November (date not set).  We especially need people with medical skills such as nurses, doctors, and people with good organizational skills.  Also people with communication equipment skills such as hand radio experience, etc.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jesse Weinger at jweinger@gmail.com.

HOA Architectural Committee
It is anticipated that volunteers will be needed in 2011.  Anyone interested in serving on this committee, please contact Caren Kane, chair at ckane@marinamgt.com.

Community Planning Committee & Maintenance Review Committee
The HOA and PUD Associations and the Club are seeking homeowner volunteers that are Non-Club members and Club Members to serve on the two new "Joint" Committees required by the passage of the CC&R Amendments in June.

The Community Planning Committee will be involved in Long Term Strategic Planning for the economic and social benefite of all homeowners in our community.

The Maintenance Review Committee will be responsible for overseeing the performance by the Club of the course maintenance standards set forth in the agreement.

It is extremely important that we obtain volunteers to fill these critical committee appointments.  These committees will be an important success factor in the future of Indian Ridge.

If you have an interest in serving on a Committee, you are asked to submit the following:
      1.  The Committee on which you wish to serve
      2.  Why you would like to serve
      3.  What previous experience you have that lends itself to that Committee

Please submit your desire to serve to the attention of Patty Dykstra at the HOA or by email to Patty@irhoa.com.

Thank you in advance for your willingness to serve.

Sincerely,
HOA & PUD Board of Directors
